Worst customer service
Telkom is the worst service provider, I have been unable to secure a proper connection since last week Friday.On Saturday I called customer service number to log a call and I was told that technicians do not work during weekends and they will only be available on Monday.Today is Monday and I call to check if there are developments on my issue and the agent told me that it’s still early and the technician is not yet available.I work from home so what am I supposed to do in this regard.My case number is ***8

23 Oct 2024, 13:06To date I still don’t have a stable connection, the 72 hrs turnaround time doesn’t serve customers.Having no technicians on standby still doesn’t put the customer first.I need my matter attended to asap.I am working from home so I need to change location to be able to work…Case ref number ***8
