Worst customer service’

Telkom Mall of Africa.. New contract-One there were out of stock and I was willing to wait as their sales lady assure by end of the week phones will be delivered. An enquiry was run on my name and was in order. Was called to collect the phones when I got there the Manager said they need a payslip. The requirements were not communicated & mind me I have an existing contract. I Asked for the manager so to clear few things,she told the sales lady to handle the issue herself. Didn’t even come to out nonsense!!
