Worst customer service!!!

I had a contract with telkom over 2 years ago they didn't take a direct debit payment after services got cut I called and they told me I missed a payment, went to the shop got banking details and deposited the cash a month later they cut the service again went to shop, I eventually got tired of being cut off even today I got cut off trying to get assistance. My number never came back on and is being used by somebody. I raised this but never got assisted. I got paid and they debited over a k for a service they providing to somebody else for years. Lost all my important things as it was linked to that number. Never using telkom again
