Worst customer service

I'm seven days now without internet connection. No communication whatsoever.... This is really pathetic. What am I paying for if I have to struggle like this?????????????? Called in on the 25th reporting no internet connection today is the 31st and still nothing🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️???? I have been waiting for your technician to come and check what seems to be the problem but they are nowhere to be found. Telkom, you are the worst shem😡😡😡😡😡😡Still waiting for your technician to come and repair the cables‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️You send me an sms saying the service has been restored. That's a LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7 DAYS NOW WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION. PATHETIC. I was also send an sms saying my service has been restored which is a lie....
