Worst customer service

This is very wicked and curial. I paid for my fixed landline order since today Telkom has not come for installation. I went and canceled my previous internet service to get this package. the customer service is horrible. if you do not come and do my installation by Tuesday 11/12/2018. I will name all your customer service consultants and their horrible service.
