Worst customer service!!!

Worst customer service!!!! Even after numerous escallations and promises that I will be contacted by a manager to get my complaint resolved; it's still not been done. It has now been more than a month since I app**** for my fibre at home line in the store and still I have no fibre installed at my house; yet I have been promised over and over that a technician will be contacting me to confirm the installation date. Literally the worst customer experience I have had in my life!
