Worst Customer Service

For the last 3 weeks I've been promised appointments and to no avail, today's appointment they also just not showed up and rescheduled without anyone contacting me as to the reason why.... this is the 4th time in the past week.... I have never in my life received such bad service from anyone before!!! Telkom Middelburg Mpumalanga.... you need a serious wake up call....
