Worst Customer Service

I contacted the call centre for assistance. I spoke to a consultant name Thabl Zama who advised that neither himself nor his team leader could assist. He asked me to contact the same number and select the same option that connected me to him for assistance. He did not know his facts or any way to assist me. Terrible customer service, I am going to cancel my contract due to this experience.
