WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

So me and my girlfriend decided to go to the Telkom branch in the Vaal Mall shopping centre, hoping to get the latest big deal. A gentleman assisted us and kindly stated that we need three months of bank statements. I understand that and it is a basic procedure. So we went to get our stuff and we got back in line. A lady approached us and asked if she can maybe assist. We asked her about the Big Deal and she rudely rep**** that there is no sim cards in the store. It was close to closing time and I guess she wanted to get home. Well, a lot of people are complaining about the rude and pathetic service of this branch and Telkom doesn't do anything about it.
