Worst Customer Service

<p>Visited Herm**** Telkom Store to enquire if there was a problem with internet.</p> <p>Vaun dialed a number on hand held phone and handed it to me saying hold the line for fault reporting. I held for about 30 minutes listning to music. I then left the store without any success</p>
