Worst customer service

<p>Interaction ref AI ********** . Now i'm lost. They set up today as the new installation date. My wife had to take off to be there. And by God, the technician phones to say he's cancelling the installation because of the exchange that's wrong. It has to go back to planning and they will contact me with another date. Didn't they see this with the last week? Now another leave day was wasted. I was warned to stay away from Telkom, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. How can we trust a company like this? I am furious now.</p>
