Worst Customer Service

Such appalling service. 2 months ago I put in a request to cancel my contract as the 2 years had come to an end. Yet I'm still receiving sms regarding debits to be made. The customer contact number is absolutely useless, same goes for the whatsapp number they direct you to. I requested a call back on Wednesday and I was informed I would be contacted soon, it is now Friday and no such has been done. Going to the branches is a total waste of time too. So basically I must keep chasing them to process this cancelation, absolute *******.
