Worst customer service

Disgusting customer service no solution to my issue extremely disappointed customer I upgraded my LTE plan Tuesday and my data has still not taken affect they told me 24hours then nothing i called in again the consultant then tell me anothe 24 hours !!! What business are you running incorrect time framed incorrect expectation and poor customer service the agents lack urgency and empathy in the call TELKOM YOU NEED TO REVIEW YOU AGENTS THEY ARE PATHETIC AND THEY LIE
