Worst Customer Service

<p>I had never experienced bad service like I did with Telkom Call Center, I have a service issue with my contract. I contacted the call centre and I spoke to Nkosikhona Msomi who claimed to be a team leader and promised to call me back before the COB. I waited the whole day expecting to receive a call back from the "Team Leader" and when I called in today I spoke to Nelisiwe Mkhize an agent,I requested to speak to her supervisor.She kept me on hold for a while and came back to me with an apology that her supervisor is busy he can't attend to my call,I requested to speak to any available supervisor but I didn't get any help.As a telkom customer who has never missed any of my contract payments I expect a good service and I am so disappointed with Telkom that I am even thinking of leaving the network cause this is so frustrating.</p>
