WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

For the past 5 days I've been trying to get a simple WhatsApp otp sent after losing my phone abroad. The lack of help offered by telkom is ridiculously atrocious. Keep sending me in circles. Just for four numbers...NOT IMPRESSED.
