Worst customer experience

I have been facing problems with my handset set that i took on contract with Telkom<br> Since Day 1 I'm facing problems with Handset and it's been in service centre since then, Whenever i give handset for service i get faulty phone in return,It's been 3 faulty handsets which were give to me and worst of all was this time i.e. present situation Faulty handset received for third time and gave it for service and on 12th October got reply saying to collect handset from Sandton store, From that day i was going to santon city every week and its closed for renovation, Customers weren't informed and no notice was kept saying when it will be open or anything...Its worst customer experience Telkom is giving to customers<br> Went to Telkom store and the Guy who says he is Service manager in Telkom store who got worst behaviour says he don't know any thing regarding handset and he will inform his manager who will bring handset to store, and will contact me, His behaviour is so worst he doesn't even explain the problem and says its customer problem that store was closed.Now i decided not to take any contract from Telkom and also inform my friends not to take contracts with Telkom
