Worst customer experience

I am highly dissatisfied with the service that was rendered to me today. To think of how many friends and family I referred to your network, never again. Your consultants are *********** and do not apply listening s****s at all. I always have to be on lengthy conversations with them. They absolutely have no product knowledge of the company they work for. I was on a call today for approximately 30 minutes. I took my precious time to make this call only to be treated like **** by a mere consultant and team leader. I requested to speak to a manager and the consultant blatantly refused - she even **** to me saying there is no manager on the floor and when I became irate towards her, all of a sudden the manager is available. Your managers are also very disrespectful. This is my 4th line with Telkom and when I f........ken request a manager he/she refers the agent back to me with a lousy message. I was put on hold and the consultant hung/up. I don't want to speak to any agent. I want the highest level of authority within Telkom to make contact with me regarding this because your lowest levels are ***********. They don't know how to deal with clients. They don't value customer experience. If you dont want to assist people according to your job profile, then I suggest you take your ass and sit at home!
