Worst customer care service ever received from Telkom

You forward my details to collections after you debited my account with the full amount... As far as I'm aware my account is up to date yet I'm receiving threatening calls and sms from collection company. The POP was sent to them on so many occasions. Can you not communicate that the account was paid as I am at my wits end with no one doing there follow ups and completing their admin as it's supposed to be done or am I to be inconvenienced and be dragged to court before you fix it?
