Worst Coverage in Area, worst service in country.

Well well well, where to begin. After months of doing research into mobile packages etc I settled on Telkom, afterall, their coverage map looked great where I live and work and the bundles are good so I went for it. Boy - what a mistake. It first started when I was sold a device that was not sealed properly, something I was okay with that first, as the agent took my over everything (they did not tell me it was because of a broken seal though) - this was the first sign of dishonesty. They FAIL to mention that even though this area has FULL COVERAGE according to their map, some areas "are not good". How not good can that be? Well, my BRAND NEW DEVICE is rendered USELESS during the 10 hours that I am at work - ZERO SIGNAL, switches itself to roaming and then is UNABLE TO SWITCH BACK DESPITE changing SIM slots, airplane mode, putting data on and off. I have gone back to the branch on several occasions and EVERY time get a different excuse "oh the reception is better if you put it in SIM slot 1" or "it's the concrete walls" (UM no it's not because my MTN device has 24/7 full 4G signal) and then FINALLY ADMITTING that the coverage is infact NOT THAT GREAT despite what their map says. So now I am stuck with a device that is USELESS for the 10 hours/day that I am at work.
