worst contact ever

I have been sending emails to Telkom to change my debit date, I even paid them the outstanding amount still they say I’m owing money. I regret ever taking a contract with Telkom. To get assistance is hell, now they say I have an outstanding debit which I have paid. They are stressing me and draining all my energy
