Worst connection experience ever

It's been 6 days now without having a connection and I'm on a contract using 4G to connect. Contacted telkom for assistance and I was told to switch on data roaming which is useless since I'm not connected and paying my contract for nothing.

I regret taking a contract with Telkom because your connection is so useless.

And to my surprise, we haven't experienced any load shedding in my area.
