Worst company to work with, ever.

Absolutely worst company to try and work with.

I have canceled my Telkom line (all correctly according to Telkom procedure) in *JULY 2017* and I am still struggling to get it finalized.

Not only is Telkom now threatening to hand my account over to debt collection, they also do not answer ANY phone calls OR emails AND they refuse to pay out my deposit. How am I supposed settle anything with this company if they refuse to step in contact with you?
