Worst Company Service EVER !!!!

Having the worst experience with Telkom ever . Ordered my Fibre line in start of November and 3 escalations later still waiting for a technician to come out , where others in my estate who ordered after me have had their lines installed . Escalation number : ********** . Worst service ever , over 3 months waiting ...Even spoken to 3 technicians while they were in my estate , and they tried to phone the manager Herman Oelofse who heads up my area , and he is just as useless , he keeps telling them they cant work on it as he is sending someone else out , just to send no one . Then call centre contacts him and he says he will sort it out and still nothing .. Its been like this since November . Just useless . Feel like there is nothing that you can do . If you can avoid them at all costs . i wish i had another option not to use them but unfortunately I have to use them so will continue waiting until who knows when.
