worst company pathetic service

<p>I have a line with telkom and I filed so many complaints about my line being unclear and scratchy when speaking on the phone I lost a lot of clients due to this and every time I get told it's been repaired but mean while you lie to us as we still have the same problem with the line !!! The business I have at home is providing for the roof over our heads and puts food on my table yet you don't value me at all and I app**** for a contract and was told it was appoved but when I asked when I can collect the phone I was not getting any answers about the cell phone I app**** for again you don't want my business and demand to be refunded for wasting my time for renting a line that is faulty I want all my premiums refunded into my bank account as I can not pay for a line that's not working 100% !! For the past 5 months this is a problem so solve it </p>
