worst company ive ever delt with

reference 64CTK060315 . This is the reference number given to me for a fault i reported a week ago on friday at the telkom offices in secunda . I currently have no internet an have repeatedly phoned telkom to resolve this matter , it has been a week now and still they have not told me why my internet isnt working and when i will have it back , futher more i think that there are some devious snakes at this company that change the current internet plan im on to other ones with out my knowledge i think this is an attempt by them to try and ***** more money out of me for services that dont work , absolutely discusted with telkom .
