Worst company in the World

My experience with Telkom cannot be described in a review. There should be an option to rate a company with negative 100 stars. That is the kind of rating Telkom deserves. Fix my internet and phone line you bunch of oxygen *******! Give me a full detailed report on what the cause of the issue was, and how it was resolved. This review will probably be answered by a social media consultant. The social media consultant will sometimes apologize and then assure you that they will follow up and provide feedback. This feedback never happens. If I was put in charge of technical issues for the East London area people would actually like your stupid company and stupid employees.
