Worst company in the whole world!

<p>WOW, this is unbelievable! I order an on-line product 25 Nov and after many, as in many times I tried to understand what is going on, after nearly 1 and half month, and after 100 unanswered calls to their Sales Dept I got an answer and the lady told my, sorry that special is NO LONGER available due to high volume demand..... Upon my question why don’t they just inform me, they came up with the sorry of an excuse!! Telkom sis, how could you!!! Is there any way we as a customer can take you to court because you are so useless? Really, is this the way you manage customers and deal with customers, then PLEASE ADVERTISE THAT SO THAT THE WHOLE OF SOUTH AFRICA CAN UNDERSTAND THAT! In your whole life you NEVER heard about treating customers fairly! That please of law is not applicable to Telkom! </p>
