WORST COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA (NOT EVEN JOKING)

well when people said telkom was a ****ty phone provider i thought they were exaggerating...that was until today where i was proven wrong. Did a contract upgrade over the phone on the 18th december ,now few weeks later, no one can tell me where the phone is ... then i receive an invoice for end jan with the contract value on for a phone which i never received. phone the billing department and they tell me i need an avidavit to state that i never received the phone. i am appalled that this has become my problem all of a sudden . how do you expect me to pay 1400 rand for something which has obviously gone missing, perhaps theft or due to incompetence by your ****ty sales people.
