Worst company in South Africa

I explained to them that I work from home and thus need internet firstly it takes them 3 weeks to get here then the technician pitches up here and disabled the slow internet unreliable internet that I have and never came back again to fix it after calling everyday it’s by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If anyone wants to use them please be aware that you will get no service from them waht so ever.
