WORST COMPANY IN SA!

Logged a telkom fault of no voice or ADSL service 5th January. It's still not repaired! Every time I speak to a consultant they promise the world to only deliver absolutely nothing! Well done telkom. For the biggest service provider in SA you are absolutely useless! Maybe spend less on training your call Centre agents to apologize and more on service personnel and delivery etiquette.
