Worst company I have ever dealt with

<p>I am attempting for a third time to use Telkom's useless broken website to initiate moving my ADSL line to a new address. Once again I expect that they will ignore my request and instead send me yet another invoice for R801 for a service I have not been receiving for 3 months now.</p> <p>I understand that being the telecommunications monopoly in this country you just don't need to give a damn. But please, I beg you, try making an effort for once? You might discover there's some satisfaction and pride to be had in knowing that you actually helped a customer instead of ripping them off.</p> <p> </p>
