WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! No really!!! Look at their ratings! DONT BUY TELKOM!

Telkom! - Need I say more??? I have regretted purchasing a Telkom product from day one! Telkom staff are unhelpful and the service is horrific! I bought a telkom product which did not work from day 1... I offered to return the product and wanted my contracted cancelled but was told it would be cheaper for me to pay the monthly debit order than to pay the cancelation penalty. The product was not working from day 1 - if I had purchase a a product from a store that did not work the way it was meant to - I would return it. NO!!!! It does not work that way with telkom. I paid the debit order over the two year contract and as soon as I was able to, I cancelled the product on my online account, only to be debited R40 each month for what??? Trying to reverse the R40 they then debit R200 the following month. Its a lose lose situation - if I contact telkom, after being sent from pillar to post I was eventually advised that even though the staff can see I have no active accounts, I need to go to a store to make them stop the account debit orders. REDICULOUS!!!! I have been sent from store to store and no one can seem to help me! This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with!
