Worst Company ever!

This review is purely based on the insurer that you choose to continue to have business with even after thousands of bad reviews and complaints from customers! Your insurer, WWAS is the worst Insurance company ever! I have been requesting a refund since July 18th 2024 for my cancelled insurance. I had initilly called on May 22, 2024 to cancel my insurance but their agent never actioned the cancellation even though they said

they had, and I only noticed this on July 18th. I called in again on July 18th and they still continued to charge me until August! I provided proof of the initial call and the documents requested. To this day! January 25, 2024, I have yet go be refunded! All I get is emails saying my refund will be processed and I should wait, all the time! This company works on hoping you will eventually give up and let them keep your money. You as Telkom are part of the problem as you continue to have your clients use this company!
