Telkom is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They take your money without providing the services you’re paying for. When you try to get help, they’ve made themselves completely unavailable – no more human interaction, no call center, nothing. Instead, you get redirected to a useless WhatsApp bot and automated system designed to avoid accountability.

It feels like outright theft. Customers are left frustrated, ignored, and without any proper support. A company of this size should be ashamed of treating people this way. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – stay away from Telkom.
