Worst company ever

I have been struggling with Telkom from day one. I have almost lost my job because I never have signal by the 4th my minutes is finish. My phone is always on roaming because Telkom don't have towers so always have to connect to Mtn. When I app**** for a phone it was out of stock, I had to wait weeks for it. When I got my phone I had to go twice to change my sim because there was a fault with sim cards. ,There is always a line and the people is irritated and annoyed helping you. I app**** for a land line still waiting. I went in to cancel my contract they say I have to wait for a month (what's new). My job is on the line. I agreed to pay my phone off but just don't want they service but no response. I want to cancel my contract that's all I want. I'm paying R1000 rand for nothing!!!!!
