Worst company ever!

<p>Went to Telkom (Bluff,Durban) couple of weeks ago to get an LTE package (I already have ADSL with them) they told me I needed bankstatements and payslips and stuff. So I speak to Telkom cusomer care today to find out more about the service at which point they tell me that because I'm on the system I only need ID. So I go back to the same Telkom today, they tell me the same thing, we argue for a bit and finally they agree that I only need ID. But I'v only got my drivers license with me so I quickly drive to fetch my ID. I get back to Telkom (my 3rd visit if you're counting) to find that they are offline. I stick around for an hour or so, no luck. I go back home and call them an hour later to find out if they're online yet, they are. So I go back (This is around 15h40, stote closes at 18h00) I stand in line for a bit just to be told that THE ONLY PERSON IN THAT STORE THAT CAN HELP ME CLOCKS OFF AT 15H30. Telkom - Bluff, you trully are a disgrace to customer care everywhere!</p>
