Worst company EVER!!!!!!!

<p>I have cancelled my contract with Telkom Mobile almost 2 years ago and yet still they sending me bills via e-mail claiming I owe them money! I have NEVER received any phone calls from them to let me know why I'm owing them this money! In fact I don't owe them a single cent because the day I cancelled they deducted the last fee that they should've which I stated on my cancellation form but then after that every single month for the last almost 2 years they still send me bills! I have logged so many calls with them that its not even funny! After every call thats been logged the shop assistant or call centre operator tells me that the billing department will contact me back in connection with this but whats disgustingly pathetic is that after how many calls thats been logged and after almost 2 years I have NOT received one phone call from the billing department!!! Whats more pathetic and frustrating is the fact that they have handed me over to the debt collectors and even the debt collector company has closed the case due to the fact that I have cancelled with Telkom Mobile! The guy working at the debt collector company even told me himself that it cant be possible that I owe Telkom money because I have CANCELLED my contract with them. Wow Telkom Mobile is so pathetic that evens their debt collector company realizes it!! I seriously dont know anymore!! I have tried everything to get this whole situation sorted out but Telkom just dont care about their customers or former customers! This is seriously the worst company out there and I will NEVER recommend anyone to use their service!! They are quick to phone you when they wanna sell their products but they cant pick up their phone and call me to let me know why they feel I owe them money, which I dont!! If you, the billing department, are not planning on contacting/phoning me to sort this whole mess out then dont bother sending me bills or handing me over to debt collectors because it wont help!! I have all the mails from beginning to end stating the truth and the truth is I have cancelled my contract with Telkom Mobile which the cancellation was granted to me and my last fee that I was suppose to pay which is stated on my cancellation form, was paid!! So stop being desperate for money and leave me the hell alone if you are not planning on phoning me!!!!!!! </p>
