Worst company ever

I have been with Telkom for the past 5 years and never had an issue. But now it seems they have taken loyalty for granted. I went into the store and called your horrible contact center and have gotten nowhere with my query. I wish to cancel my contracts but everyone is giving me the run around and prolonging my agony. I had no choice but to come on here and leave a review. Yourl are making me pay for a service that I no long use or want to use. I want a refund and compensation for the stress you guys have put me through.
