Worst company ever!!

For a big company, TELKOM is honestly the most useless company i have come accross. How are they still getting away such bad service level. seems like each time you call to log a fault you get a different story are they really reporting the faults or someone is sitting shooting marbles. For the passed 2 months been given all kinds of crazy answers instead of someone just coming to fix my issue thats it!!
