Worst company Ever

This company is pititic they make empty promises and don't care as they do whatever if and when they please.i made a incorrect payment into my closed Telkom account .I call them on 3rd Jan to get my R 5000 refund back to my account .was promised to wait about 2/3 day to ay still waiting I called again requested for a manger she promises give me a callback .Well I didn't expect that callback and I was right no call back called again told take 7-14 days whilst my money makes interest they remind me when they fee ..as doesn't take more two day from FNB to FNB and that Telkom acc is closed anyway so nothing to check as confirm my acc sitting in credit of R5000.
