Worst Company

I would give 0 if I could. Telkom is possibly the worst service provider I have ever encountered. I have sat without internet for a month (which I pay for) several times before. Even though I would go to the store, call the service numbers or customer car, I would never receive any help and more than once they would put the phone off in my ears. Secondly, I have upgraded my account to a 20meg line, had it for 7 days and the next week it was back to a 4 meg line for the same price. According to them it was never changed to a 20 meg line. Even though we had the technician here to do the upgrade and several consultants that confirmed it for me. Still not sorted out. Please don't ever choose this company.
