Worst company

Telkom is getting worse and worse My father app**** for a cellphone contract of 250 per month which is very little money to him , but Telkom phones him and says "sorry sir we can't help you" and when my father asked why he was declined the women in the phone just said " I don't know sir" ... How on earth can you say " I don't know" . My father has never been declined for anything. He earns more then enough money to pay everything. The same day I called Telkom and the consultant then told me that there is no record of an application under my father's name or ID. How can that be ?? Something is very wrong here with Telkom. There are a lot of people that is being wrongfully declined . Telkom needs to sort out their business , because Telkom is getting worse every single day
