Worst communications provider ever

STAY AWAY! I have never dealt with a more useless company. Tried twice to cancel fibre, even received ref nrs, only to find out Telkom will not release the line. Cannot get help from a store either and to try and phone is one nightmare upon another. Even tried talking to a "team leader" but could not due to this person being in meeting. So 2 months later still nothing. Telkom seems to pride themselves in taking people's money *******ly. Don't ever do business with these people, you will only regret it! And the repeated reaction is priceless: we will try and do better or have you tried or media platforms...what a joke!
