Worst communication I've came across till date.

We've been trying to cancel our business line from August 2024, when we send an email to ***, we get the same auto-reply and nothing more, no 2nd email from a representative to assist with the contract end date. We've moved offices and are no longer using this line. So we are paying for a line we are not using....The service is SHOCKING to say the least.
