WORST COMANY EVER!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with ANY other company. For 5 Days now, I have asked for a manager to call me; no one has bothered to. My service is FINALLY on its way to be activated... after it was turned off without ANY notification or reason....and the technician just does not show up....and can Telkom help or make any effort to assist ...no...they can simply try to escalate....to have a manager call me back...which never happens. You have to confirm your details 100 over, and when the line cuts, they don't call you back. No one takes accountability and 7 days later...I still don't have internet...with an ON router that does nothing.
