Worst client service EVER!!!!!

Worst service i have ever received in my life, to scared to phone the consultants cause for every call i make to fix my line they mess up something else on my line or drop the call in my ear or keep on referring me up and down to different departments. Honestly need a reward for the worst client service hands down
