worst cellular sales service award goes to .....

<p>i app**** for a contract on the telkom online site and was given a promotional code and a contact number to call on the 9th of december 2016. since than every time i call that number i hold on for over 20 minutes and have to listen to the voice promt telling me about community experience. futhermore the reason i am calling is cause i submitted some very personal information on this site and to date i have not received feedback.</p> <p>there was 1 attemted call on my mobile. my phone probably jus started ringing and then died.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have never done business with telkom and i therefore dont think i would want to. i have been calling dem to advise that they should cancel my application as this service now on sales stage is so disasterous imagine how i am going to struggle once i am a customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will rather stick to my current providers</p> <p> </p> <p>very dissapointed, almost new consumer....</p>
