Worst Cellphone Service Provider ever ,Dont Deal with Telkom!

I wrote a complaint about Telkom via Hello Peter ,about 2months ago and still to date I have not received any feedback from Telkom regarding my account . I have noticed that they have stopped to debit my account and have completely disconnect me from them and now have send me a letter in the mail treathning legal action . To date no one ever from Telkom have bothered to even call me and try to resolve the problem and for us to come to some sort of soloution. i still stand by my word and will not pay the additional charges which they added to my account and told me that i did opt for extra data which i never did , i rate Telkom SA *** worst pathetic company ever *****ing and robbing poor Vulnerable clients with their ***** products ,i am not the only client experiencing this problem . No one should ever take out any contract with Telkom ,their service suck and they don't care about clients only their money .
