Worst cellphone contract company ever

Telkom is the worst they debit any amount anytime. I am in arrears for months but not once have they called me to make arrangements. They debit as much as R 2,300 from my account. When I call they cant help me with a payment arrangement. They have no sympathy for their customers and their financial difficulties. Some of us are still recovering from the pandemic and then they debit my account anytime and I have to sit with bank charges up to R500. I could have paid them that R500 to bring my account up to date.
