Worst Cellphone company

Worst company in SA. They do not send accounts to customers and trying to get it on Internet is a hassle. You cannot view or print it, it can only by emailed to you after they emailed an OTP to you which you had to enter on the website.

Trying to phone them and speak to a human being is a nightmare. One goes round and roud on various menu options and if you are lucky to speak to a human, your are transferred to another human which eventually terminates the call. After being 30 munutes on the phone uor problem is still not solved.

Using their "Call me back" option is useless because they don't do it.
